The Washington Center of ADA University organized its third workshop on August 27, 2022.

✔Assistant Professor Abutalib Aghayev, from Pennsylvania State University spoke on his most recent paper, "Metastable Failures in Distributed Systems."

✔Tural Sadigov, Assistant Professor of Mathematics and Statistics at Hamilton College, spoke about his engineering experience.

✔Altun Shukurlu, Software Engineer at Google, spoke about his engineering experience, specific job responsibilities at Google, and best practices in finding a job with software companies.

Our speakers spoke about their educational background, most recent papers, research, job responsibilities, and best practices in their job search.

We ended with a Q&A session that expanded best practices in a job search along with other specific questions.
