What would people’s reaction be if someone offered them a piece of cake? Some would be glad to taste it, whereas some would have doubts as they would not know which ingredients were used and how it would affect them. On May 12, we hosted a special guest, Ms. Sevinj Mammadova, Program Director at George Washington University, Graduate School of Education & Human Development, introducing Cake Theory to the Gazakh Teachers and Principals. Ms. Mammadova talked about how decisions made by one person can cause either excitement or apprehension, approaches are different. The Education system is not an exception. No matter how catchy the new ideas are or decisions, Teachers implement the program. So, teachers should be empowered and involved in decision-making!!
