Final countdown started. Academy will award 2022 Oscars tomorrow here at The Washington Center of ADA University. Four teams will be competing for The Best Ideation in Design Thinking. Teams are made of teachers and principals from remote regions of Azerbaijan. They have been collaborating on a project which they will implement in their schools now. Some 20 teachers and principals are completing their study here in Washington DC and going back home this Saturday. Only one team will get an Oscar. But they are all winners because they all have an idea now. They will take that idea back with them. Some things will change. But one thing has already changed: they have changed themselves and they have come to believe in themselves more. That matters most.
