RECRUITMENT OF FACULTY AND ADMINISTRATORS

Diversity has been a key strength of ADA University. Over years, we have partnered with major headhunting firms in the US and recruited key executives for positions of dean, director of library, vice rector and provost at ADA University. The Washington Center has also helped ADA University to recruit numerous Azerbaijani and international faculty in the United States.

Our recruitment efforts have helped to internationalize ADA University. The foreign faculty and staff have served in Baku for several years and made their impact on the success of ADA University.
